Neptune Beach

Vibrant beach community with a small-town atmosphere.

Welcome to Neptune Beach

Neptune Beach is a vibrant beach community with an inviting small-town feel. This cozy city spans 2.5 square miles between Atlantic Beach and Jacksonville Beach on Florida’s Atlantic Ocean coast. The hard-packed sand of Neptune Beach’s beachfront is ideal for cycling, while the waves are perfect for surfing.

Neptune Beach features a mix of mid-century and contemporary townhouses and single-family homes. As with most seaside communities, properties along the beachfront are the most sought-after. Home values are generally lower inland than they are close to Neptune Beach’s beautiful sandy coastline.
