Ponte Vedra Inn and Club is a major golfing destination with two exceptional golf courses featuring undulating Bermuda grass fairways flanked by shimmering lagoons. The Ocean Course has been a huge draw for golfers since the resort opened in 1928 with major renovations by Robert Trent Jones in 1947 and Bobby Weed in 1998 and 2020. The Lagoon Course was created by two of the world’s most celebrated golf course architects. Robert Trent Jones designed the first nine holes in 1961, while the second nine were added by Joe Lee in 1978. This striking course flanked by ancient oaks and towering palm trees was restored and remodeled by Bobby Weed in 2007.
