Kim started her career in real estate in 1996. She developed her marketing strategies and strong negotiating skills during her prior career as the Director of Marketing for a large commercial construction company. Kim built a marketing division and with her team quintupled the companies sales within 5 years.

Kim’s dedication to accomplish her customer’s real estate goals is demonstrated with such prestigious awards as the Top Residential Real Estate Agent in NE FL from the Jacksonville Business Journal. She created KMFandJMF Group with her daughter Jennifer Martin Faulkner in 2018. Together they have been the recipients of: Top Residential Real Estate Small Team in NE FL 2019-2023, honored in 2023 Real Trends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals and in 2023 Ellie Awards as #11 team in FL.

Always available with vast knowledge of the local market, Kim is known for her tenacity, honesty and ability to maneuver through an ever changing market. She is fondly known as “The Vault” by her customers and the “Go to Girl”. Kim excels in finding off market properties for Buyers and creating benchmark sales for Sellers through her extended reach within the beaches communities and beyond. She listens to her customers needs and diligently works to meet their goals.
