“Together, Kim and I are very hands-on,” says Jennifer. “Our clients can always contact us directly and will never have to go through an assistant to reach us. We want them to feel exclusive and important because they are. We truly love what we do and strive to show that through providing the utmost care for each client that we work with.”

Growing up the granddaughter of a successful developer, Jennifer formed an appreciation for stunning design at an early age. After college, she joined the workforce as a Merchandising Director for Bolthouse Farms in California. Traveling six months out of the year, she quickly established herself within the company, taking her region from #3 to #1 in sales for her Florida territory. After a short time in Sales for Siemen’s PG, Jennifer made the decision to take her career in a new direction and joined the real estate industry. Working her way up from unlicensed assistant to one of the top five salespeople in her company, Jennifer has been exceeding expectations and breaking records since the inception of her career. In 2018, she joined forces with Kim and together they have been recognized as the number one sales team in all of Northeast Florida.

Today, Jennifer specializes in the North Florida beaches, luxury residential market with a special focus on the elite areas of Ponte Vedra Beach and Old Ponte Vedra’s oceanfront homes, condominiums, and estates. Highly knowledgeable in the areas of the North Beaches from Atlantic Beach to Neptune and Jacksonville Beach, Jennifer has worked with many of the world’s most discerning Buyers, Sellers and Investors. Treating their clients with the same attention and discretion that a doctor-patient relationship would afford; they instill the highest level of confidence in their clients. Their ability to always see the glass half full, coupled with their unwavering commitment to treat others with respect, adds to the exceptional level of service that they provide for each and every client.

Born and raised in Florida, Jennifer hails from Ormond Beach. Moving to Ponte Vedra Beach in 1996, Jennifer has attended the same schools that are sought out by today’s buyers. She attended the University of Central Florida where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Interpersonal Communication. Whenever possible, she enjoys spending time with her husband, a real estate attorney, and her five-year-old son exploring the area and enjoying the outdoors. They currently reside in Marsh Country Club in Ponte Vedra Beach.
